Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is a Hollywood actor and writer Her talent has gained the attention of critics and recognition. She's the daughter of a Sagittarius born on the 3rd of December 1960 in North Carolina. She's the eldest of three siblings who were born to Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne psychologist. She's English and Scottish. Moore has moved frequently with her family because of the work that her dad was employed in. This made it difficult to make or maintain new acquaintances. Moore began acting in plays as she travelled with her family members to Germany. Following the completion of the requirements for her B.F.A. from Boston University in 1983, Moore continued to seek further education. Following graduation, Moore relocated to New York, where she began her career in off-Broadway theater. After graduation, Moore began her off-Broadway career in New York. In the episode The Edge of Night in 1985, Moore made her first on-screen appearance. She performed the double role as Sabrina Hughes and Frannie Hughes in As the World Changes the show that marked her debut. She stayed on this show between 1988 and 1990, and received the Daytime Emmy Award. She made her film debut in 1990 with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie, which was later described by her as a horrible low-budget movie. Short Cuts was produced by Robert Altman in 1993 and 3 Women was released in 1997. The actress received a number of nominations, and was praised for the initial film. Moore landed her first lead role with the film Safe (1995). In 1997 the actress career was at a crossroads when Steven Spielberg cast her to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World that became one of 1997's highest-grossing movies. In 1999, she was a part of the critically acclaimed Magnolia and earned a SAG Award nomination in recognition of her work. The Hours, a 2002 film in which she co-starred with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Strreep was nominated for 9 Academy Awards. Moore also appeared in The Forgotten (2003), Freedomland (2005), Shelter (2010) and many other films. Non-Stop aired in the year 2014. Moore was a regular on many films and television shows. Her most recent starring role is When You Finish Saving the World (2022). The actress has established herself on the screen in Hollywood and also as an author for children. She published her first book Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and became an N.Y.T. It was adapted as a TV series and musical. Her book of 2013 entitled My Mom is A Foreigner was also a best-seller. Moore is a successful actor and author, has made her personal life known to the world. She was married to John Robin from 1984 until 1995. Bart Freundlich has given her two kids. Moore later got married to him in 2003. Moore is a woman who values her work and family.
